Defective international and national rules of law are simply eliminating family and clan systems from the earth.

I am here urging every individual on earth to cultivat a sentiment in favour of the establishment, restoration, maintenance and promotion the rule of law the integrity of the family heritage is vested in the man holding the central authrotity, meaning the guardianship responsibility over his wife and natural and inalienable guardianship responsibility over his child, in the composition of the family household institution.
